  • Our only qualification for creating this site is that we had a premature child in 1994.
  • The only resources we can provide, are provided at this site in the form of links, Tommy’s story and feedback from others.
  • We generally do not post commercial links unless they have non-commercial content or unusual appeal.
  • We can not respond personally to everyone who contacts us.
